Cost $30 (includes a Title Bling Word of your choice - Cherish, Friends, Family, Love or Princess - please let me know which word you would like for your layout when you book in)  My layout uses the word Cherish.

Asian Sakura Card Workshop

I can only show you little snippets of the Scrapbooking Layouts, as I am teaching them both at Pam Kuhn's camp over the first weekend in June, so don't want to spoil the surprise for them.  Will show you more when I return!

 

Kaszazz May New Products

The Kaszazz May New Products were released just over a week ago at Team Training Days across Australia.

The Scrapbooking Layout pictured below was one of the Team Training Day Projects completed on the day.   There is a little story that goes with the layout, so thought I would share.

The main page is a picture of my youngest daughter Nikki (who turns 9 today - Happy Birthday Nikki!) doing what she loves the most - creating a story through her drawings - drawings that use the whole page and include lots of details - she has the most amazing imagination.

In the layout pictured below I decided to include the photo of Nikki drawing her stories (Creating some of her Life Story) and then the photos on the pocket pages are of Nikki and her sister Carly bringing some of Nikki's stories to life while we were on our Adelaide to Cairns road trip adventure in December 2010 and January 2011.

I am hoping to add some more pages of our Adventure to my blog sometime in the not too distant future!

I love the new Kaszazz 4485L Sakura Corner Image.  One of the things I love about Kaszazz is that I requested a corner image and this is what they came up with - gorgeous.

The three cards pictured below have been created using the same theme as the layout above.  The flowers on the cards have been cut using our new Kaszazz Flower #11 die.  I've also used one of the stamps from the new gorgeous and versatile Sekura Flourish Stamp Set.

So Where were you this Easter?  Wherever you were, I hope you enjoyed spending time with your family and friends.

Thank you to those who popped in and said Hi at the Stansbury Beach side Markets on Easter Saturday.  What a gorgeous day - absolutely perfect South Australian Weather.  It was lovely meeting you all and I look forward to catching up again soon.

Cards for boys/men

Thought I would quickly post a picture of my youngest son's 18th Birthday Card - Happy Birthday Jake!!  Don't let Jake know that I'm sharing his card with you all, before we have given it to him! Shh  Jake has created Canvas Art for some of his friends using Spray Paint, so decided to go with the same look using our Smooch Spritz - so much fun and you never get the same result twice.  In this card I have used Blue and Green Smooch Spritz, our versatile clock images and one of the messages from the new Retro Messages Set (6 messages in the set for $15).  To finish off the card I added some embellishments from our Aged Copper Embellishment Kit (perfect for male themed cards)!

This workshop was created by Jo Brosnan and will help you to make the most of your distress inks - blending, sponging, stamping and more. You will also learn how to create some fun hand sculpted flowers from a square piece of paper!

This frame was created by me, however very much inspired by Sue Smyth.  Learn how to stamp on Plastic and create the Provincial Flowers on this frame. Perfect as a Mother's Day Gift!

3 Card Worshop - $20.00

Create 3 cards using Ezy-Press Dies, including one which was released at the Kaszazz Conference last weekend.  This workshop also includes a packet of Funky Forest Rub-ons and one of the new sets of stamps.

Thurs 31st March 2011 - 10am - 12noon

March New Product Card Workshop - $20

This workshop was created by Donna McPherson - Scrapbook Creations.  The cards are created using different colouring techniques, using chalks, Water Colour Crayons and direct to paper techniques.

Kaszazz New Products TTD Jan 2011

A record number of competition entries were entered at the Jan New Products TTD at Clarendon. Voting Consultants had the difficult task of choosing just one entry as their favourite. Competition entries had to include a Kaszazz Bling Word.

Shirley Cook won 1st prize with a gorgeous layout featuring weaving using Emily Rose SB Paper.  The layout also included pink butterflies with silver embossing.  

Second Prize was awarded to Tina Wright for her inspiring layout featuring a pocket embellished with buttons, spirals and name plates and stamping on ribbon.  

Julie Nankervis came third with her magical layout which incorporated Once Upon a Time Rub-ons and the Dainty Flourish Stamp.
