Kaszazz New Products TTD Jan 2011

A record number of competition entries were entered at the Jan New Products TTD at Clarendon. Voting Consultants had the difficult task of choosing just one entry as their favourite. Competition entries had to include a Kaszazz Bling Word.

Shirley Cook won 1st prize with a gorgeous layout featuring weaving using Emily Rose SB Paper.  The layout also included pink butterflies with silver embossing.  

Second Prize was awarded to Tina Wright for her inspiring layout featuring a pocket embellished with buttons, spirals and name plates and stamping on ribbon.  

Julie Nankervis came third with her magical layout which incorporated Once Upon a Time Rub-ons and the Dainty Flourish Stamp.

Kaszazz September new Product Release!

The latest New Products on offer from Kaszazz are gorgeous and with so many new products, even my Wish List is huge!!

As a member of the Development Team with Kaszazz I was introduced to the new products back in May, so it has been really hard trying to keep so much information under wraps!!  Everyone knows how much I love to share!!  I was also asked to help with filming some You Tube videos to help everyone learn how to use the Easy-Press, so the last few months have been busy and exciting.

This New Release starts with six new exclusive double sided papers all individual and designed to mix and match with many of the products from our range!  My favourite is Emily Rose!

The Frame-It Kit pictured includes everything you need to create a baby photo frame in either a girl or boy theme - Mint for the boys and Blush for the girls.  The SB Paper used in this kit is called Jordan Belle - Soft Pinks and Blues on one side and dots and vines in neutral tones on the other side.

The card pictured above is one you can create from the Card Making Kit - Vintage Pearls.  This kit has everything you need to create at least 25 cards, including Pearls, Sticky Bling and Ribbon.  I also included a Post It Note holder when creating this kit - an idea which was shown to me by Tina Wright (thanks for the inspiration Tina).

Distress Ink - Blended Butterfly Card

 

One of the benefits of being a Kaszazz Consultant is having an opportunity to Submit Cards and Scrapbooking Layouts as part of the Kaszazz three Customer Events System.  We are then rewarded by way of Kaszazz Vouchers to spend on the products of our choice.  This year there was an additional bonus on offer by way of a Competition for the Most Attractive and Most Popular Projects in all Categories.  My Card Creation pictured above won the Most Popular and came runner up in the Most Attractive Competition for a Demonstration Project.  My prizes totalled $500 in Kaszazz Vouchers and $500 in Current Kaszazz Product Packs - a very pleasant surprise.

Congratulations to all of the other winners for their Projects.  We are so lucky to be part of such a generous company.

Seven Years with Kaszazz

Last month I celebrated 7 Years with Kaszazz.  My youngest child, Nikki, was only 1 when I started, and one of the main reasons I joined this amazing company.  I feel so lucky to be part of such an amazing business where I have had more opportunities than I ever dreamed of.  Here are the top seven memories of my Kaszazz Journey so far (in no particular order):

1. Qualifying for an all expenses paid first time overseas holiday to Phuket and the opportunity to take my 17yo daughter Elise with me.  The development Team day trip to Phi-Phi Island was truly unforgettable as was the Elephant Ride and paddling down the Khao Sok River.
2. Travelling to the CHA Trade Far in Anaheim California, USA.  I'll never forget the amazing workshop with Tim Holtz, the kilometres of Scrapbooking and Creative Inspiration. Soarin' Over California with Naomi and Karen (the best simulation ride at California Adventure Park) - the smell of Oranges takes me back to Soarin' over the Orange Groves every time.
3. Having my projects published on the covers of three Kaszazz Catalogues, especially the one with Nikki on the cover, given that she was the reason I found Kaszazz in the first place.
4. Having my name suggestion - Kaszazz -  accepted as the new name for Crafty Kids.
5. The shared fun, laughter, dreams and friendships found along the way of my Kaszazz Journey.  My special Southern Stars Team members, Kaszazz friends and the many other friendships formed make me feel truly thankful for my Journey so far.
6. Dancing the night away at the many Kaszazz Conference Dinners, especially the 2008 Adelaide Rainbow Themed Dinner.
7. Kaszazz has given me the opportunity to be there for my children when they start and finish school almost every school day for the past seven years.

 

Kaszazz introduces the 12 New Distress Ink colours and a Brand New Trimmer

There is so much happening in the Wonderful World of Kaszazz.  There are lots of new products including a new trimmer which is so easy to use and has optional decorative blades to help you to add that special something to your next project.  The Trimmer also comes with a bonus Freestyle Handle.  This trimmer is so easy to use.  It glides through our SB Paper and Essentials with ease and changing the blades is a simple process with the blade contained in the cartridge out of site until it is safely installed on the trimmer.

Kaszazz have added the 12 New Distress Ink Colours to our range. Over the next few days I'll share all 12 colours.  Here are the first three.

 

Tumbled Glass is a softer version of Broken China, Spun Sugar is a very pretty soft pink, the colour of Fairy Floss, and Bundled Sage is a gorgeous shade of green.   The flower embellishments have been created using distress inks, vellum and our Super Daisy Punch and a Small Circle for the centre.

Greetings from Pt Victoria, Yorke Peninsula

There is something special about living by the sea, even if it is only for a few weeks!!  This is the view from the house we are living in - everyday completed by a unique sunset - so inspiring.

Nikki is loving spending time playing with Gemma the dog and Carly has discovered a love for jetty jumping, especially with new friends Amy and Kaitlyn.
